摘要
对外国风险勘查资本市场的现状进行分析,结合我国风险勘查资本市场的真实情况,明确了创建风险勘查资本市场的主要障碍是参与市场主体的缺失、锰矿政策机制的保守、市场配套制度的欠缺、锰矿投资信誉的缺失等因素。提出了参照国外市场的发展模式来培养我国风险勘查资本市场的参与主体,完善我国的锰矿投资环境并创建投资信用体系,落实我国锰矿资源风险勘查资本市场模块的“三步式”发展战略。
This paper analyzes the current situation of foreign venture exploration capital market.It combined with the real situation of China’s venture exploration capital market and clarifies that the main obstacles to the establishment of venture exploration capital market are the lack of market participants.The conservatism of mineral policy mechanism,including the lack of market supporting system,the lack of mineral investment reputation and other factors,will be told of.The article further proposes to refer to foreign cities.The development mode of the field is to cultivate the participants of the risk exploration capital market in China.It improves the mineral investment environment in establishing the investment credit system.Also,we have inferred the implement of the“three-step”development strategy of the risk exploration capital market module of mineral resources in China.
