摘要
当前,我国经济步入"新常态",加快转变经济发展方式已成为全社会的共识。受此影响,矿产品价格大幅下滑,矿产勘查投资下降,风险勘查企业出现了融资难的状况。因此,系统梳理国内外风险勘查融资模式,并为风险勘查企业提供几点建议,具有重要的现实意义。本文首先对我国风险勘查企业融资现状进行了详细分析,总结出了风险勘查融资的主要模式和不同勘查阶段适用的融资模式;其次,通过对比分析,阐述了国内外风险勘查资本市场的各自特点;最后,提出了针对风险勘查企业融资的建议。
Currently, China＇s economy has entered a new normal, and quickening the change of economic development mode has been well recognized in the whole society. With the abrupt drop in commodity prices and in mineral exploration investment, exploration ventures have been difficult in fund raising. So it is of important realistic significance to have a full view of financing models of exploration ventures at home and abroad and give a few suggestions. This paper first made a detailed analysis of current situation of exploration ventures in our country, summed up major financing models and those fit for different exploration stages, then discussed characteristics of venture capital markets at home and abroad respectively by comparative analysis, and finally put forward some capital-raising suggestions.
