摘要
井下涌水直接威胁矿山的安全生产。水泵负责将井下的涌水排出,因此在矿山担负着不可或缺的重要角色。为了使矿山井下水泵多级排水系统更加安全、可靠、经济,开发完善了此套自化动控制系统,该系统通过实时监控水仓水位、运行时用电峰谷平时间段、水泵轮机运行台数、监控水泵和管路效率等方式,以达到排水控制系统根据水位、用电时间段、水泵和管路效率来进行单泵或多泵,单管路或多管路自动切换运行的目的,从而实现避峰填谷,提高水泵排水效率,优化电力资源配置。
The gushing of underground water will directly threaten the safety of mine production.The pump is responsible for discharging the gushing water underground and it plays an indispensable role in the mine.In order to make the underground water pump,we feel that multistage drainage system is more secure,reliable and economic in developing to the set of the motion control system,including the system through real-time monitoring water warehouse in water level,runtime electricity peak period,pump turbine sets,monitor the operation efficiency of the pump and pipeline etc.We think that,to achieve drainage period control system according to the water,electricity,water pump and pipeline efficiency for single pump or pump,the purpose of the single pipe line or more automatic switching operation will realize peak valley to improve the efficiency of pump drainage in optimizing the allocation of power resources.
