摘要
生态文明城市建设是从全局和系统的视角对人与自然和谐发展的深入探索,是我国生态文明建设的重要组成。在吸收当前国内外有关生态城市建设研究成果基础上,结合湖州探索生态文明城市建设实践,构建由生态环境、绿色经济、低碳生活、制度体系以及财政支持等"五个维度"的生态文明城市架构,并针对当前生态文明城市建设的不足提出相应的对策建议。
The construction of eco-civilized cities is an in-depth exploration of the harmonious development between human and nature from the comprehensive and systematic perspectives,and it is a major part of ecological civilization construction in China.With the goal of building eco-civilized cities,this paper absorbs the current researches at home and abroad on the construction of eco-cities,combining the practice of Huzhou to explore the construction of eco-civilized cities,and it sets up an eco-civilized cities framework with five dimensions of ecological environment,green economy,low-carbon life,institutional system and finance support.In view of the deficiency of the current eco-civilized cities construction,the paper also puts forward the implementation paths to promote the construction of eco-civilized cities in China.
