摘要
对群体智能发展方向、多源信息协同趋势、卫星网络化趋势、智能遥感趋势等背景进行了阐述,提出了对星群智能的理解以及自动化星群、自主星群、高级自主星群三种星群智能等级划分。对群智能、多智能体系统、区块链等三种解决分布式协同问题的智能策略进行了综述,并从出发点、研究方向、对单体智能的要求、实现、目标、航天应用适应性和特点总结等多个角度进行了分析比较。分析了遥感星群智能需求、场景与关键技术架构,重点从运控和任务规划、信息协同处理两个维度给出了遥感星群智能路线图,并提出了智能联网、智能组网、智能协同、单星智能等关键技术体系架构。建议持续开展智能星群系统研究牵引单星智能技术的发展,改变遥感卫星的设计和应用方式,应用群智能、多智能体系统、区块链等技术,开展智能遥感星群软件系统级架构设计、仿真和效能评估。
The trends of distributed artificial intelligence,multi-source information fusion,satellite networking and intelligent remote sensing are expounded,and the understanding of the intelligent satellites system and the three-level classification including automated,autonomous and advanced autonomous satellites systems are put forward.In this paper,to solve the distributed collaboration problems,three intelligent strategies are reviewed including swarm intelligence,multi-agent system and block chain,and then analyzed and compared from the perspectives of starting points,research directions,requirements for agent,implementation,goals,adaptability in aerospace applications.By analyzing the intelligent remote sensing satellites system requirements,scenarios and the key technical architecture,the road map is given on intelligent management,maintenance and mission operations,intelligent data processing and information coordination,and the key technologies are put forward such as the intelligent communication and networking,intelligent orbit control and keeping,intelligent collaborative and intelligent satellite.It is suggested to continue the research on the intelligent remote sensing system and tracking the intelligent satellite technology,change the design and application of remote sensing satellites,apply swarm intelligence,multi-agent system,blockchain and other technologies to intelligent remote sensing system,realize system-level software architecture design,simulation and performance evaluation.
