摘要
介绍了5000 m^3液氨球罐在设计、制造及安装中的技术关键点。在结构、材质、球壳厚度设计、制造、现场施焊及热处理方面作了阐述。本文提出的制作方法不但降低了耗材,提高了利用率,还缩短了工期,为大型球罐的建造提供了有效、可靠的技术参数。
The key points in the design,manufacture and installation of 5000 m^3 liquid ammonia spherical tank were introduced.The structure,material,thickness design,manufacture,field welding and heat treatment of spherical shell were described.The method can not only reduce the consumables and improve the utilization rate,but also shorten the construction period,which provides an effective and reliable technology for the construction of large spherical tanks.
