摘要
超声红外热像技术是一种新型的无损检测技术,是将超声波检测技术和红外线检测技术进行结合,采用超声波作为激励源,红外热像仪进行捕捉热图像,充分发挥了二者的长处,弥补了单独使用的不足。本文介绍了该技术的基本原理,以及优于其他主动式激励红外热像技术的特点,系统地归纳了超声红外热像技术在国内外的研究现状。最后展望了该技术在无损检测中应用的前景,并提出了一些建议和对策。
The ultrasonic infrared thermal imaging technology is a new nondestructive testing technology,which combines ultrasonic detection technology and infrared detection technology,USES ultrasonic as the excitation source,infrared thermal imager to capture thermal image,gives full play to the advantages of the two,and makes up for the disadvantages of using them alone.The paper introduces the basic principle of this technology,and features better than other active excitation infrared imaging technology,and systematically summarizes the research status of ultrasonic infrared thermography technology at home and abroad.Finally,the prospect of application of the technique in the nondestructive detection of the prospect,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
