摘要
飞行机组操作手册(Flight Crew Operating Manual,简称FCOM)作为重要的航空器运行文件,其中提供了保证航空器安全运行的关键信息。FCOM由主制造商编制,并由局方批准或认可。飞行机组操作手册是航空器运行的重要文件。本文首先介绍了飞行机组操作手册内容及编制所依据的规章要求,其次,给出了飞行机组操作手册中适用性的介绍和要求;然后,介绍ATA2300中适用性的管理方法并对飞行机组操作手册适用性管理方面提出建议。
Flight crew operating manual(FCOM)is an important aircraft operation document,which provides the key information to ensure the safe operation of the aircraft.FCOM is prepared by the main manufacturer and approved or approved by CAAC.Flight crew operation manual is an important document for aircraft operation.This paper first introduces the contents of the flight crew operation manual and the regulations and requirements on which it is compiled.Secondly,it introduces the applicability and requirements in the flight crew operation manual.Thirdly,it introduces the applicability management methods in ATA2300 and puts forward suggestions on the applicability management of the flight crew operation manual.
