摘要
涂装工艺产生的挥发性有机物(VOCs)具有种类繁多、来源广泛、毒性危害大等特点。针对生产工艺及车间现状设计高效、低耗的污染物治理技术及方案,是VOCs治理的关键。为改善某工程装备涂装车间作业环境、实现涂装废气达标排放,对该车间环保设施进行升级改造,设计了"干式过滤+沸石转轮吸附净化+催化燃烧"的组合治理工艺。项目运行后效果良好,生产环境得到有效改善,污染物排放均优于当地环保要求。
The volatile organic compounds(VOCs)produced by the painting process are characterized by various kinds,wide sources and high toxicity.The key to VOCs governance is to design efficient and low-consumption pollutant control technologies and solutions for production processes and workshop status.In order to improve the working environment of the engineering equipment painting workshop and achieve the discharge of the coated exhaust gas,the environmental protection facilities of the workshop have been updated and upgraded.A combined treatment process of“dry filtration+zeolite wheel adsorption purification+catalytic combustion”was designed.After the operation of the project,the effect is good,the production environment is effectively improved,and the pollutant discharge is better than the local environmental protection requirements.
