摘要
通过食源性致病菌盲样考核,发现检验过程及结果报告中的问题,以进一步提升食源性致病菌的检测能力。按照食品安全国家标准及其他相关微生物检验规程进行检测,样品中检出大肠埃希氏菌、创伤弧菌和产气肠杆菌,符合考核要求。根据检测情况提出应加强实验室日常检测能力建设、提升人员技术水平及检测能力、强化实验室检测过程质量控制等建议。
Through the examination of food-borne pathogenic bacteria blind samples,the problems in the inspection process and result report were found to further improve the detection ability of food-borne pathogenic bacteria.According to the national food safety standards and other relevant microbiological inspection procedures,Escherichia coli,Vibrio vulnificus and Enterobacter aerogenes were detected in the sample,which met the assessment requirements.According to the detection situation,some suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the construction of laboratory daily detection ability,improving the technical level and detection ability of personnel,and strengthening the quality control of laboratory detection process.
