摘要
目的分析益气安神汤对三阴乳腺癌术后恢复的影响。方法选择2019年3月—2020年5月期间我院三阴乳腺癌术后患者共70例,数字表随机分两组,每组35例,对照组的患者给予常规术后康复治疗,观察组在该基础上增加益气安神汤。比较两组治疗前后患者生存质量评分、免疫功能指标、总有效率。结果观察组治疗后患者生存质量评分、免疫功能指标优于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论常规药物联合益气安神汤对于三阴乳腺癌术后的治疗效果确切,可有效提升患者的免疫力和改善患者的生存质量,值得推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of Yiqi Anshen decoction on postoperative recovery of Sanyin breast cancer.Methods A total of 70 postoperative patients with triple negative breast cancer in our hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35).The patients in the control group were treated with routine medicine,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Anshen decoction.The quality of life score,immune function index and total effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the quality of life score and immune function index of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional drugs combined with Yiqi Anshen decoction is effective in the treatment of triple negative breast cancer,which can effectively enhance the immunity and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worth popularizing and applying.
