摘要
目的拟探讨个体化5E康复管理模式对于促进老年关节置换术后患者康复的作用。方法选取2017年1月12日至2019年12月在东方市人民医院骨科接受关节置换术治疗的老年患者96例,按照系统抽样将患者分别设为对照组48例及观察组48例。对照组接受常规关节置换术后康复治疗并进行健康宣教,观察组在此基础上采用个体化5E康复管理模式。在患者出院2周及6个月时,对患者进行疼痛、关节功能、生活质量及认知行为评估。结果术后2周时,两组患者VAS评分、SAS评分、HSS评分、Harris评分ADL评分、SF-36评分、康复知识问卷评分及遵医行为评分未见统计学差异(P>0.05);术后6月时,两组患者VAS评分及SAS评分均小于术后2周时,HSS评分、Harris评分、ADL评分、SF-36评分、康复知识问卷评分及遵医行为评分均高于术后2周时(P<0.05),观察组VAS评分及SAS评分均小于对照组,HSS评分、Harris评分、ADL评分、SF-36评分、康复知识问卷评分及遵医行为评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化5E康复管理模式可有效缓解患者术后疼痛,促进关节功能恢复,改善生活质量及认知行为方式,有较好临床应用前景。
Objective To explore the role of individualized 5E rehabilitation management model in promoting the rehabilitation of elderly patients after joint replacement.Methods FromJanuary 12,2017 to December,2019,96 elderly patients who received joint replacement in the Department of Orthopedics of People's Hospital of Dongfang City were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 48 ones in each group.After joint replacement,the control group received routine rehabilitation treatment and health education,and the observation group adopted individualized 5E rehabilitation management model on this basis.At 2 weeks and 6 months after the patient was discharged,the patients were evaluated for pain,joint function,quality of life,and compliance behavior score.Results At 2 weeks after operation,there was no significant difference in VAS score,SAS score,HSS score,Harris score,ADL score,SF-36 score,rehabilitation knowledge questionnaire score and compliance behavior score between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6 months after operation,VAS score and SAS score of two groups were lower than those at 2 weeks after operation,HSS score,Harris score,ADL score,SF-36 score,rehabilitation knowledge questionnaire score and compliance behavior score were higher than those at 2 weeks after operation,and the improvement of observation group was greater than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized 5E rehabilitation management model can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of patients,improve the recovery of joint function,improve the quality of life and cognitive behavior,and has a good clinical application prospect.
