摘要
目的对胸腹部肿瘤放射治疗中对于不同体位固定的应用。方法利用分组研究法对我院在2018年5月—2019年10月收治的90例患者进行研究,空垫固定组患者(n=30)采用空垫固定治疗,热塑体膜固定组患者(n=30)采用热塑体膜固定治疗,体表划线固定组患者(n=30)采用体表划线固定治疗,对比三组患者最终体位固定结果。结果空垫固定组患者放疗期间不同方向的摆位误差均小于热塑体膜固定组放疗期间不同方向的摆位误差和体表划线固定组患者放疗期间不同方向的摆位误差,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腹部肿瘤放射治疗中采用热塑体膜固定的最终固定效果较好,患者在接受胸腹部肿瘤放射治疗中出现的摆位误差较小,这对于提升患者放射治疗效果来说意义重大,同时患者在接受放疗治疗后出现不良反应概率降低,这在一定程度上充分改善了患者预后,故值得在临床中广泛使用。
Objective To study the application of different position fixation in the radiotherapy of thoracoabdominal tumor.Methods A group study method was used to study 90 patients admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to October 2019.Patients in the empty cushion fixation group(n=30)were treated with empty cushion fixation,and patients in the thermoplastic body membrane fixation group(n=30)Thermoplastic body film fixation was used.Patients in the body surface streak fixation group(n=30)were treated with body surface streak fixation.The final postural fixation results of the three groups were compared.Results The positioning errors in different directions during radiotherapy in the empty cushion fixation group were all smaller than the positioning errors in different directions during radiotherapy in the thermoplastic body membrane fixation group and the positioning errors in different directions during radiotherapy for patients in the body surface streak fixation group,which were statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the radiotherapy of thoracoabdominal tumor,the final fixation effect of thermoplastic membrane fixation is better,and the positioning error of patients in the radiotherapy of thoracoabdominal tumor is smaller,which is of great significance for improving the radiation effect of patients.At the same time,the probability of adverse reactions of patients after radiotherapy is reduced,which to a certain extent fully improves the prognosis of patients,Therefore,it should be widely used in clinic.
