摘要
目的:分析热塑膜联合真空垫在胸腹部肿瘤放射治疗中摆位误差的影响。方法:选取2021年1月~2023年12月胸腹部肿瘤放射治疗患者100例,以病案号单双号分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用热塑膜固定,观察组采用热塑膜联合真空垫固定,比较两组线性误差、角度误差、并发症发生率、治疗满意率。结果:观察组左右方向(LAT)、头脚方向(LNG)以及腹背方向(VRT)角度线性误差均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自转角度(Roll)、倾斜角度(Pitch)、旋转角度(Rtn)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组吞咽困难、恶心呕吐、咳嗽心悸发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胸腹部肿瘤放射治疗使用热塑膜联合真空垫治疗可对摆放误差进行降低,尽可能减少放疗期间的并发症发生率,提升治疗满意率。
Objective:To analyze the impact of positioning errors in the combination of thermoplastic film and vacuum pad in radiation therapy for thoracic and abdominal tumors.Methods:100 patients with thoracic and abdominal tumors undergoing radiotherapy from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into a control group(fixed with thermoplastic film)and an observation group(fixed with thermoplastic film combined with vacuum pad)based on their medical record numbers.There were 50 cases in each group.The positioning errors,incidence of complications,and treatment compliance rates of the two groups were compared.Results:The linear error of LAT,LNG,VRT angle,Roll,Pitch,and Rtn were significantly lower than the observation group,and P<0.05 was significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of dysphagia,nausea,vomiting,cough and palpitation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had a higher treatment satisfaction rate than the control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of thermoplastic film combined with vacuum pad in radiotherapy for thoracic and abdominal tumors can reduce placement errors,minimize the incidence of complications during radiotherapy,and improve treatment satisfaction.
