摘要
男护士作为护理队伍中的特殊群体,一直受到社会的关注,男性进入护理行业,意味着他们突破世俗的观念,这已经渐渐得到社会的认可。因其在特殊岗位,如急诊、手术室、ICU、消毒供应室等科室的优势明显,各医院对男护士的需求也越来越大。随着男护士队伍的逐渐壮大,就自然而然地进入相应有需求的科室,消毒供应室作为接触无菌物品和器械的部门,也是男护士的集中地之一。男护士在消毒供应室工作中,相对于女护士在身体素质、仪器设备的使用及维护、男护生带教工作、应对安全及突发事件具有明显的优势,男护士加入到消毒供应室,对护理队伍的组成进行了优化,改善了消毒供应室团队的固定习惯和工作思维。
