摘要
通过北方五省(区)内的高校和医院的问卷调查,对北方五省区范围内针对男性护士的培养、需求情况做了统计分析,为男性护士的培养和聘任提供理论上的参考依据。调查的高校和医院中,男性护士所占比例很低,供给量小于需求量。护理队伍需要男性的加入,培养和聘用男性护士具有可行性和必要性。
To provide a theoretical frame of reference and training for male nurses, we did investigation and statistical analysis based on the survey questionnaires within the universities and hospitals in five northern provinces. The proportion of male nurses is very low,in short supply. The care team needs male nurses to join, training and employment of male nurses is feasible and necessary.
