摘要
研究医院的公共卫生战略,必须充分发挥医院的管理职能,提高医院的公共卫生水平。研究方法根据党中央、国务院《关于深化医疗卫生体制改革的指导意见》,并通过合理地结合我国医院公共卫生管理的真实情况,分析了存在的不足,并制定了相应的改进措施。而公共卫生下降的主要原因是公共卫生管理、运行和监督方面的不足;医院管理体制的建立是公共卫生事业发展和保障人类健康的关键。
To study the public health strategy of a hospital,we must give full play to the management function of the hospital and improve the public health level of the hospital.The research method is based on the"Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Medical and Health System"of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,and through a reasonable combination of the real situation of my country's hospital public health management,the existing deficiencies are analyzed,and corresponding improvement measures have been formulated.The main reason for the decline in public health is the lack of public health management,operation and supervision;the establishment of a hospital management system is the key to the development of public health and the protection of human health.
