摘要
医院公共卫生管理对医院管理产生重大影响。该文基于我国医院公共卫生的功能定位的分析,指出当前公共卫生管理中存在应对突发事件的能力不足、采集信息的效率不高、卫生管理体系不健全、忽略公共卫生的宏观调控管理等方面的问题,并提出加强公共卫生管理的重视、增强医疗力量,完善医疗资源分配制度、加强人员专业知识学习,发挥防控作用、行政干预、公共卫生管理需要分区域和分层次、加大监测力度等解决对策。
Hospital public health management has a significant impact on hospital management.Based on the analysis of the function orientation of hospital public health in our country,this paper points out that there are some problems in public health management,such as insufficient ability to deal with emergencies,inefficient collection of information,unsound health management system neglect of macro-control management of public health.
