摘要
目的分析细节管理在儿科护理安全管理中的应用。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月在儿科病房中负责儿童管理工作的医务人员30名作为研究对象,通过掷骰子方式对全部医务人员进行随机平均分组,细节管理组与对比管理组医务人员各15名。对细节管理组医务人员应用细节管理方法,对对比管理组医务人员应用常规管理方法,对比两组医务人员管理前后管理质量、安全风险发生率以及管理考核分数。结果经管理后,细节管理组医务人员管理质量优于对比管理组医务人员管理质量(P<0.05);细节管理组医务人员安全风险发生率低于对比管理组医务人员安全风险发生率(P<0.05);细节管理组医务人员管理考核分数高于对比管理组医务人员管理考核分数(P<0.05)。结论对担任儿科病房管理工作的医务人员应用细节管理能够改善其管理质量,提高管理考核分数,降低安全风险发生率,应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the application of detail management in pediatric nursing safety management.Methods Thirty medical staff who were in charge of child management in the pediatric ward from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.All medical staff were randomly divided into two groups by rolling dice,and the medical staff in the detail management group and the comparison management group were randomly divided into groups.15 people each.The detailed management method was applied to the medical staff of the detailed management group,and the conventional management method was applied to the medical staff of the comparative management group.The management quality,safety risk incidence rate and management evaluation scores of the two groups of medical staff before and after management were compared.Results After management,the management quality of medical staff in the detail management group was better than that in the comparison management group(P<0.05);the incidence of safety risks in the detail management group was lower than that in the comparison management group(P<0.05);The management assessment score of medical staff in the detail management group was higher than that in the comparison management group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed management to medical staff in the management of pediatric wards can improve their management quality,increase management assessment scores,reduce the incidence of safety risks,and has high application value.
