摘要
掌握高职心理预警新生的心理冲突特征,对心理危机的预防具有重要现实意义。采用大学生人格问卷(UPI)对广东某高职院校3051名大一新生进行测评后,根据测评结果随机选取了心理健康新生和心理预警新生各150人,进行心理冲突问卷调查。结果显示:心理预警新生的心理冲突大于心理健康新生。心理预警新生和心理健康新生的心理冲突均没有显著的性别差异;心理预警新生中,农村学生的心理冲突大于城镇学生,不同专业类别间的心理冲突没有显著差异;而心理健康新生中,农村学生和城镇学生的心理冲突没有显著差异,艺术类学生的心理冲突显著低于理科生和文科生。心理预警新生的理想、愿望与现实之间的冲突最强,而心理健康新生的内部需要与经济条件限制之间的冲突最强。高职院校应从强化心理适应教育、搭建心理帮扶体系、完善跟踪监控体系、提炼本土心理干预方法等方面进行努力,提升对心理预警新生的干预效果。
Mastering the psychological conflict characteristics of psychological fore-warned freshmen in higher vocational college has important realistic significance for the prevention of psychological crisis.After using the University Personality Inventory(UPI)to evaluate 3051 freshmen in a higher vocational college in Guangdong,150 psychologically healthy freshmen and psychologically fore-warned freshmen were randomly selected based on the evaluation results to conduct a psychological conflict questionnaire.The results showed that psychological conflicts among psychologically fore-warned freshmen were greater than psychologically healthy freshmen.There was no significant gender difference in psychological conflicts of psychologically healthy freshmen and psychologically fore-warned freshmen.Among psychologically fore-warned freshmen,rural students had greater psychological conflicts than urban students,and there was no significant difference in psychological conflicts between different majors.Among psychologically healthy freshmen,there was no significant difference in psychological conflicts between rural students and urban students,but the psychological conflicts of students majoring in arts were significantly lower than that of science students and liberal arts students.Psychologically fore-warned freshmen had the strongest conflicts between ideals,aspirations and reality,while psychologically healthy freshmen had the strongest conflicts between internal needs and economic conditions.Higher vocational colleges should make efforts to strengthen psychological adaptation education,build a psychological support system,improve the tracking and monitoring system,and refine local psychological intervention methods to improve the effect of intervention on psychologically fore-warned freshmen.
