摘要
文章为研究高模量沥青混合料动态力学性能,通过研究不同温度、频率条件下分析掺加SBS、路宝、Honeywell改性剂的沥青混合料动态模量特性,采用时温等效原理获取混合料动态模量主曲线及频率-模量双对数线性方程获取混合料黏弹因子,来评价高模量沥青混合料黏弹性能。研究表明:在中频或低频区域内,高模量沥青混合料动态模量较高,抗变形能力较强;由双对数坐标建立的频率-模量关系式可知,添加高模量剂对提高沥青混合料的弹性因子具有显著作用,其弹性性能较好,两种方法评价沥青混合料的黏弹特性具有一致性。可见可采用频率模量双对数关系曲线评价混合料的粘弹特性。
In order to study the dynamic mechanical properties of high modulus asphalt mixture and analyze dynamic modulus characteristics of SBS,Lubao and Honeywell modifier at different temperatures and loading frequencies,time-temperature displacement principle,the main curve of the dynamic modulus of the mixture was obtained.Also,the frequency-modulus double logarithmic linear equation was used to obtain the viscoelasticity of the mixture.Then,the viscoelastic properties of the high modulus asphalt mixture are evaluated.The results show that high modulus asphalt mixture has high dynamic modulus and strong deformation resistance in the middle or low frequency region.It can be seen from the frequency-modulus relation established by the log-log coordinate that adding high modulus modifier has a significant effect on improving the elastic factor of asphalt mixture.Those two methods are consistent in evaluating the viscoelastic properties of asphalt mixtures.It is concluded that the frequency modulus double logarithmic relationship curve can be used to evaluate the viscoelastic properties of the mixture.
