医药组织绩效计划环节的调查研究 被引量:1

Problems and Countermeasures in the Process of Pharmaceutical Organization Performance Planning

摘要 目的评价医药组织绩效计划执行情况。方法运用文献研究法、访谈调查法和问卷调查法,对医药组织绩效计划的全过程以及绩效计划的结果进行研究,结合具体可利用的资源对医药组织进行实际的访谈调查。结果调查样本中,女性占样本总量的51.5%,男性占样本总量的48.5%,男女比例接近1:1。34%受访对象不了解绩效计划,在了解绩效计划的员工中,53.4%员工通过组织培训了解绩效计划,46.6%员工通过自己学习了解绩效计划,45.63%员工表示自己所在医药组织并没有专门的绩效计划部门,40.78%的员工认为组织绩效目标设置不合理,52.43%员工表示自己并没有参与到绩效计划,在对组织绩效激励制度很满意的员工中有参与绩效计划的占84.21%,对组织绩效激励制度极不满意的员工中,有11.11%参与到了组织绩效计划过程。结论大多数医药组织员工是了解组织绩效计划的,并且大部分医药组织对员工有进行绩效培训,医药组织单独设置绩效计划部门并不是十分普遍,仍有大部分员工认为组织绩效目标设置不合理,大多数医药组织工作人员并没有参与到绩效计划过程中,对于参与到绩效计划过程中的员工满意度更高。 Objective To evaluate the implementation of performance plans of medical organizations.Methods Using literature research method,interview investigation method and questionnaire investigation method,the whole process of the performance plan of the medical organization and the results of the performance plan are studied,and the actual interview investigation of the medical organization is carried out in combination with the specific available resources.Results In the survey sample,women accounted for 51.5%of the total sample,males accounted for 48.5%of the total sample,and the ratio of men to women was close to 1:1.34%of the respondents did not understand the performance plan.Among the employees who knew the performance plan,53.4%of the employees understood the performance plan through organizational training,and 46.6%of the employees learned about the performance plan through their own learning.45.63%of employees said that their pharmaceutical organization did not have a dedicated performance planning department,40.78%of employees believed that the organizational performance goal setting was unreasonable,and 52.43%of employees said that they did not participate in the performance planning process and were very satisfied with the organizational performance incentive system.84.21%of the employees who were satisfied with the organizational performance incentive system participated in the performance plan,and 11.11%of the employees were extremely dissatisfied with the organizational performance incentive system participated in the organizational performance planning process.Conclusion Most medical organization employees understand organizational performance plans,and most medical organizations provide performance training for their employees.It is not very common for medical organizations to set up a separate performance planning department.Most employees still think that organizational performance goals are unreasonable.Most medical organization staff dose not participate in the performance planning process,and they are more satisfied with the employees who participated in the performance planning process.
