摘要
以血瘀型胎衣不下奶牛为治疗对象,研究归芎益母散对其生殖激素和抗氧化能力的影响。将确诊为血瘀型的40头患牛,随机分为高、中、低剂量归芎益母散组和药物对照组,每组10头,灌服药物,每天1次,用药1~3d,另以10头胎衣排出健康奶牛为空白对照组(不给予药物),于用药前、用药后第7天采血化验。结果表明:与空白对照组比较,给药前,患牛血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和前列腺素(PGF2α)含量低,差异极显著(P<0.01);雌二醇含量低,差异显著(P<0.05);丙二醛(MDA)、孕酮含量高,差异极显著(P<0.01)。给药后与给药前比较,归芎益母散各剂量组血清GSH-Px水平升高,MDA、孕酮、雌二醇及PGF2α降低。与空白对照组比较,高、中剂量组GSH-Px、MDA、SOD、PGF2α、雌二醇差异不显著(P>0.05)。与药物对照组比较,高、中剂量组孕酮含量低,差异极显著(P<0.01),高剂量组雌二醇含量高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明,归芎益母散能有效提高患牛机体抗氧化能力以及调节患牛血清中生殖激素紊乱,进而达到病愈的治疗效果。
To investigate the effect of Guixiong Yimu San on the reproductive hormone and antioxidant capacity of cows with retained placenta induced by blood stasis, 40 cows with retained placenta were randomly allocated into four treatment groups(n=10). That were high, medium and low dosage group of Guixiong Yimu San, drug control group of Yimu Shenghua San with animal an oral treatment once daily for 1~3 days and no treatment in the control group(n=10). The results showed that the levels of GSH-Px, SOD, estrogen and PGF2α were lower(P<0.05) while the levels of MDA and progesterone were higher(P<0.01) in serum of the 4 groups than the controls. The levels of GSH-Px was increased while the levels of MDA, progesterone, estrogen and PGF2α were decreased after treatment. There was no significant difference in the high and medium dose groups of the levels of GSH-Px, MDA, SOD, PGF2α , estrogen compared to the healthy controls(P>0.05). The levels of progesterone were lower(P<0.01) in the high and medium dose groups while the levels of estrogen were higher(P<0.05) in the high dose group than the controls. The results suggested that Guixiong Yimu San could effectively improve the antioxidant capacity and regulate reproductive hormone imbalance in cows with retained placenta.
