摘要
目的了解安宁疗护患者家庭照顾者的真实体验,明确照顾者现存的实际问题,以期制定有针对性的干预方案。方法2019年5月至2020年1月对15例安宁疗护患者家庭照顾者进行半结构式访谈,以Colaizzi 7步法对访谈内容进行整理分析。结果安宁疗护患者家庭照顾者的照顾体验可归纳为4个主题:家庭照顾者承受多种心理负担;照顾经历促使家庭照顾者成长;照顾经历使家庭关系变化;照顾经历引发家庭照顾者对医疗现状思考。结论安宁疗护患者家庭照顾者在照顾患者的过程中,积极与消极体验交织;医护人员应加强对这一群体的关注,帮助其应对日常照顾中的挑战并发掘其潜在的积极照顾体验,使其能够以更好的身心状态为患者提供照顾。
Objective To figure out the care-giving experience of the hospice care cancer patients’caregivers,to identify the problems and to develop interventions accordingly.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted in 15 caregivers who served the hospice care cancer patients during May 2019 to January 2020.The data was analyzed by Colaizzi’s phenomenological procedure.Results The interviewed care-giving experience were summarized as the following 4 themes:1.it was full of challenges;2.it promoted the self-development of caregivers;3.it changed the family relationship;4.it enlightened caregivers to think about the medical status quo.Conclusions The care-giving experience are intertwined the positive and negative experience.The medical staff should pay more attention on hospice care cancer patients’caregivers,help them to face challenges,explore its potential positive experience,and provide better care to patients.
