摘要
一流高职院校空间布局合理与否是衡量高职教育服务区域经济发展的重要指征之一。区域经济发展是一流高职院校空间布局的动力源,一流高职院校空间布局不断优化为区域经济发展提供支撑力。广东18所一流高职院校空间布局呈现出区域覆盖集中,省会城市一家独大;空间规模聚集效应明显,市际之间差异明显;区域空间产业布局明晰,专业结构与产业结构匹配度不高;区域空间就业服务能力强,高端技术人才供给率较低等形态特点。对接粤港澳大湾区战略规划,广东一流高职院校空间形态的不断优化应通过统一规划,院校布局均衡化;区域合作,发展定位差异化;对接产业,专业调整动态化;服务区域,人才培养高端化等路径来实现。
Whether the spatial layout of first-class higher vocational colleges is reasonable or not is one of the important indicators to measure the serving of higher vocational education to regional economic development.Regional economic development is the source power for the first-class vocational space layout,and the continuous optimization of the first-class vocational space layout provides support for regional economic development.In the observation of 18 first-class higher vocational colleges in Guangdong shows that the spatial layout is regional concentrative,especially the provincial capital city the most;the spatial scale effect is obvious,and the differences between cities are obvious;the regional spatial industrial layout is clear,but the professional structure and industrial structure are not well matched;regional spatial employment services are strong,but the supply rate of high technical talents is low.In line with the strategic planning of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,it is suggested that the continuous optimization of the spatial form of Guangdong's first-class higher vocational colleges should be realized through the paths of unified planning to balance college layout;regional cooperation to differentiate development positioning;linking industry to dynamic professional adjustment;serving area and high talent training.
