摘要
目的通过对1例1型糖尿病合并败血症妊娠患者的用药分析及药学监护,探索临床药师评价药物治疗方案和提供药学监护的思路。方法临床药师通过查阅临床指南和相关文献,对一例1型糖尿病合并败血症的妊娠期患者的治疗方案进行分析和药学监护。结果该患者在入院后合并感染,在积极控制血糖水平的同时,选择合适的抗菌药物控制感染。结论药师在患者的用药监护过程中协助医生优化治疗方案,与患者深入沟通,帮助患者积极进行治疗,保证用药的安全性和有效性,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore how clinical pharmacists evaluate therapeutic strategies and provide pharmaceutical care,a case report involving a pregnant woman with type 1 diabetes mellitus and sepsis was introduced.Methods Drug treatment and pharmaceutical care for this patient was analyzed by clinical pharmacists through consulting clinical guidelines and literature research.Results This patient got infection after admission.Except active blood glucose levels regulation,the appropriate antibiotics were used to control infection.Conclusion During the process of pharmaceutical care,pharmacist worked with doctor on a treatment plan,communicated with patients,and ensured active treatment.These could improve the safety and effectiveness of drug treatment and therapeutic effect.
