摘要
风机运行过程中锚杆长期特性对风机安全运行和风电场效益的发挥、锚杆预应力设计及维护策略的制定均具有十分重要的意义。本文通过开展锚杆试件应力松弛试验和风机基础锚杆预应力监测,研究相应加载条件下室内及现场锚杆长期运行特性,结合室内试验、现场监测及相关研究成果,分析了风速、风向、大体积混凝土收缩徐变及温度等外部环境因素对现场锚杆长期运行特性的影响。通过对监测数据拟合,获得表征锚杆长期运行特性的预应力及预应力保留百分比与时间函数关系,并对相应函数的代表性进行了评价。
The long-term operational performance of anchor is of great significance to the safe operation of wind turbines,the benefit of wind farms,the design of anchor prestress and the formulation of maintenance strategies.In this paper,the long-term operational performance of interior and field anchors under corresponding loading conditions is analyzed through stress relaxation test of anchor specimens and monitoring of prestressing force of foundation anchors.Based on laboratory tests,field monitoring and related research results,the effects of wind speed,wind direction,shrinkage and creep of mass concrete and the external environmental factors such as temperature on the long-term operational performance of anchor bolt in site are analyzed.Prestressing and prestressing retention percentage functions under corresponding conditions are obtained by fitting field monitoring data,and the representativeness of the corresponding functions is evaluated.
