摘要 常温条件下,采用试验测试和经典理论公式推导相结合的方法,系统研究了预应力圆弧螺纹锚栓在不同初始应力作用下的应力松弛和蠕变行为,结果表明:圆弧螺纹锚栓应力松弛和蠕变均随时间增加表现出典型的先快速增长然后缓慢趋于稳定值的双阶段演变特征,预应力大小对加载初期锚栓产品应力松弛率和蠕变应变等参数的影响远大于时间的影响,当施加预应力小于等于本体材料屈服强度的60%时,圆弧螺纹锚栓表现出优异的抗松弛性能。 By using the combination method of the experimental test and the classical theory formula, this paper analyzes the stress relaxation and creep behavior of pre-stressed circular screw anchor being powered by different initial stress under the room temperature. Results show that: the stress relaxation and the creep express typical double-phase evolution characteristics, which increase with time with a high rapid firstly, and then increase slowly till reach a stable value. The influence of the initial stress on the stress relaxation rate and the creep strain is better than the influence of the time. The anchor with circular screw shows very excellent relaxation resistance ability while the initial stress is less than or equal to the 60% of the yield strength of anchor material.
