摘要
针对隧道二次衬砌结构施工期收缩开裂严重的现象,利用有限元软件进行了二衬结构早期温度、应力模拟,研究了柔性防水层设置、浇筑季节和不同围岩约束的影响。分析结果表明柔性防水层设置与否会显著改变二衬应力分布形式,有防水层工况下二衬易在边墙底部产生环向裂缝,且夏季浇筑时开裂风险最高,春秋季次之,冬季最低。无防水层工况下围岩约束越强,结构开裂风险增大,且二衬各部位均易产生乱向裂缝。
In view of the serious cracking problem of the tunnel lining structure during construction,the temperature and stress of lining structure was calculated by finite element software and the influence of flexible waterproof layer setting,concrete pouring season and different surrounding rock constraints was studied.The simulation results show that flexible waterproof layer between the primary support and the secondary lining would significantly change the stress distribution form of the secondary lining.Under the condition of waterproof layer used,the circumferential cracks are easy to occur at the bottom of the side wall.The cracking risk of construction in summer is the largest and in winter is the lowest.Under the condition of no waterproof layer,the stronger the constraint of surrounding rock is,the higher the cracking risk of structural is.And there would be many random cracks all around the lining in this condition.
