摘要
论文简述了混凝土变形中收缩的类别和机理,介绍了现阶段国内外常用的几种混凝土收缩和开裂测试方法。包括体积测量法、长度测量法(棱柱体法、波纹管法)、平板式限制收缩开裂试验方法(平板法)、圆环限制收缩开裂试验方法(圆环法)等,指出现有的方法无法摆脱试模底面及侧面对塑性流动状态下混凝土变形测量的影响,需要开发新的方法,在无试模约束,甚至完全自由条件下测试混凝土早期塑性流动状态的收缩变形。
In this paper,the types and mechanism of shrinkage in concrete are described,several testing methods of concrete deformation(shrinkage or cracking)commonly used in China and abroad are introduced,including volume measurement,length measurement(prism method,bellows method),plate type restrained shrinkage cracking test method(plate method),ring restrained shrinkage cracking test method(ring method),etc.,and points out that the existing methods cannot get rid of the influence of bottom and side of the test mold.It is necessary to develop a new method to test the shrinkage deformation of early plastic concrete in the fully free state.
