摘要
“1+X”证书制度对职业院校的人才培养提出了新的要求。现阶段掌握BIM技术初级应用层面的人才缺口较大,对建设项目信息化管理专业的人才需求是急迫和大量的。目前高职校的建设项目信息化管理专业人才培养模式存在着师资能力不足、不适应“1+X”BIM职业技能等级考试要求、专业特色不明显和不满足培养BIM复合型人才的要求问题。在对建筑产业BIM人才需求和“1+X”BIM职业技能等级考试标准分析的基础上,提出以BIM职业技能等级证书为主导,多证并取拓展专业发展方向,基于“1+X”证书制度优化建设项目信息化管理专业人才培养模式,多专业融合重构实训课程体系,并以“微订单”模式提高就业对口率。
"1+X"certificate system puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of vocational talents.There exists a large gap of talents with the ability of primary application level of BIM Technology,and an urgent and large demand for talents in information management of construction project.At present,several problems occur in the talent-training mode of construction project information management specialty in higher vocational colleges,such as lack of teaching skills,inadaptation to the requirements of"1+X"BIM vocational skill level examination,less prominent specialty characteristics and failure in meeting the requirements of BIM compound talents.Based on the analysis of BIM talent demand in construction industry and"1+X"BIM vocational skill level examination standard,it is proposed that BIM vocational skill level certificate should be the leading factor,supplemented by multiple certificates,to expand the professional development,and the talent training mode of information management specialty of construction project should be optimized based on the"1+X"certificate system.Multi professional integration,reconstruction of training curriculum system,and"micro order"mode need to be adopted to improve the counterpart employment rate.
