摘要
在建设工程项目管理中,施工周期和项目成本的综合均衡管控是项目调度管理的最重要内容之一。然而,实际中两者的关系即相互关联又矛盾对立,任一目标的优化必然以弱化另一目标为代价。因此,拟通过提出一种基于遗传算法调度多目标优化模型来实现工程调度的最优的时间和最少的成本。计算模型主要分为三个模块:开发实用的建设项目进程调度模块、计算项目成本的管控模块及多目标搜索和识别项目时间和成本之间最优或接近最优解的权衡模块。最后,应用该模型分析了一个应用实例,并证明了模型的有效性,为项目管理者提供理论参考。
In construction project management,the comprehensive balanced management and control of project cycle,quality,cost and other objectives is one of the most important contents of project scheduling management.However,these three relationships are interrelated and contradictory,and the optimization of any goal must be at the cost of weakening other goals.Therefore,it is proposed a multi-objective optimal construction project scheduling model,which is based on genetic algorithm.The model generated and evaluated the best construction schedule for the project manager with the minimum time and cost to complete the project and the best quality of the project.The computational model was mainly divided into three modules.They were developing practical scheduling module of construction project schedule,controlling module of calculating project cost,and module of multi-objective search and identification of optimal/near optimal trade-off between project time and cost.Finally,an application example of the model was analyzed,and the validity of the model was proved.The research provides a theoretical reference for project managers.
