Effects of transcatheter arterial embolization for interventional therapy on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and apoptosis related factors in patients with liver cancer

摘要目的分析经导管动脉栓塞术介入治疗对肝癌患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和凋亡相关因子表达的影响。方法回顾性分析96例肝癌患者的临床资料,依据治疗方法将患者分为介入治疗组(n=48,经导管动脉栓塞术介入治疗)和注射治疗组(n=48,无水乙醇注射治疗)。比较两组患者的临床疗效、VEGF、含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶-8(Caspase-8)、P53、重组碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)水平。结果介入治疗组的总缓解率高于注射治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VEGF、AFP、BUN、SCr水平均降低,Caspase-8、P53、bFGF水平均升高,且介入治疗组优于注射治疗组(P<0.05)。结论经导管动脉栓塞术介入治疗可有效提升肝癌患者凋亡相关因子表达,降低VEGF的表达。 Objective To analyze the effects of transcatheter arterial embolization for interventional therapy on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and apoptosis related factors in patients with liver cancer.Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with liver cancer were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into interventional treatment group(n=48,transcatheter arterial embolization for interventional therapy)and injection treatment group(n=48,anhydrous ethanol injection treatment).The clinical efficacy,VEGF,cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase-8(Caspase-8),P53,recombinant basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),alpha fetoprotein(AFP),urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(SCr)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total remission rate of the interventional treatment group was higher than that of the injection treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of VEGF,AFP,BUN and SCr in the two groups decreased,and the levels of Caspase-8,P53 and b FGF increased,and those in the interventional treatment group were better than the injection treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcatheter arterial embolization for interventional therapy can effectively improve the expression of apoptosis related factors and reduce the expression of VEGF in patients with liver cancer.
