摘要
目的探讨旋转数字减影血管造影(DSA)三维重建技术用于肝癌介入治疗中的效果。方法选择本院收诊的26例肝癌患者,均行介入治疗,通过传统DSA技术、旋转DSA三维重建技术对其进行相应检测,比较两种检测技术的应用效果。结果旋转DSA三维重建技术的甲级片比率高于传统DSA技术,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。旋转DSA三维重建技术对小病灶侧枝循环、小病灶供血动脉、小病灶、侧枝循环血管的显示率均高于传统DSA技术,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。旋转DSA三维重建技术的肝动脉3/4级检出率高于传统DSA技术,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种检测技术的门静脉分支4、5、6级及以上的检出率无显著差异(P>0.05)。旋转DSA三维重建技术的碘油沉积完全率、超选择动脉插管成功率均高于传统DSA技术,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论旋转DSA三维重建技术可提高肝癌的检测准确性,有助于实现精准治疗,为患者后续生存安全性、治疗效果的提升夯实基础,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of rotating digital subtraction angiography(DSA)three-dimensional reconstruction technology on the interventional therapy of liver cancer.Methods Twenty six patients with liver cancer admitted in our hospital were selected and treated with interventional therapy.The traditional DSA technology and rotating DSA three-dimensional reconstruction technology were used to detect the patients,and the application effect of the two detection technologies was compared.Results The ratio of the first-class film of rotating DSA three-dimensional reconstruction technology was higher than that of traditional DSA technology,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The display rates of collateral circulation of small focus,blood supply artery of small focus,small focus and collateral circulation vessel of rotating DSA three-dimensional reconstruction technology were higher than those of traditional DSA technology,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of three or four grades of hepatic artery of rotating DSA three-dimensional reconstruction technology was higher than that of traditional DSA technology,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the detection rates of four,five,six or more grades of portal vein branches between the two detection technologys(P>0.05).The rate of lipiodol completely deposition and successful rate of superselective arterial catheterization of rotating DSA three-dimensional reconstruction technology were higher than those of traditional DSA technology,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rotating DSA three-dimensional reconstruction technology can improve the detection accuracy of liver cancer,help to achieve accurate treatment,and lay a solid foundation for the subsequent survival safety and treatment effect of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
