摘要 作者在生产性脱氮系统的活性污泥中发现,脱氮系统存在着一类有别于普通活性污泥的原生动物,它的出现及数量与脱氮效果呈一定规律.作者通过试验进行了验证,当系统中出现球形砂壳虫和(或)针棘匣壳虫时,表示硝化性能正在形成或初步形成;当出现半圆表壳虫时,表示硝化性能已处于良好状态. It was found by the author in a productive denitrification system that a special protozoa apart from that in conventional activated sludge process existed and its appearance and amount was related in certain degree to the N removal effect. The findings was proved by laboratory examination which showed that the nitrification capability will being or have been formed when the Difflugia globulosa and/or Centropxis aculeata appear; and the nitrification will be in favorable state as long as the Arcella vulgaris appears. Finally a model of biological monitoring is proposed.
