天然气单井橇装脱硫装置噪声控制——以YS-1井为例

摘要 单井橇装脱硫装置产噪设备多,噪声源强大,噪声达标排放的压力较大,因此有必要对噪声产生原因及控制效果进行分析和总结。通过对YS-1井单井橇装脱硫装置的噪声监测,结合理论分析,指出橇装脱硫装置主要噪声来源是各类机泵、风机、节流阀以及吸收塔,噪声源附近最高声级达到92dB(A)。在YS-1井装置建设及运行过程中,采取了优选设备、提高安装质量、关键设备隔离降噪、重点区域设置声屏障等措施,有效控制了厂界噪声,满足了《工业企业厂界环境噪声排放标准》(GB12348-2008)2类标准。结论可为类似气田开发项目中的噪声治理问题提供参考。 It is necessary to analyze and summarize the causes of noise and the control effect of single-well mounted desulfurization unit because of its numerous noise-producing equipments,powerful noise sources and high pressure to reach the standard.By monitoring the noise of a single-well skid-mounted natural gas desulfurization unit in well YS-1,combined with theoretical analysis,it indicate that the main noise sources of skid-mounted desulfurization units are pumps,fans,throttle valves and desulfurization absorption tower.The highest sound level near the noise source reaches 92dB(A).During the construction and operation of the well YS-1,measures such as optimizing equipment,improving installation quality,isolating and reducing noise from key equipment,and installing sound barriers in key areas were taken to effectively control the boundary noise.The boundary noise met the Class 2 standards of the"emisson standard for industrial enterprises noise at boundary"(GB12348-2008).This conclusion can provide reference for noise control in similar gas field development projects.
