摘要
针对某化工企业罗茨鼓风机房通风不畅的问题,本文探索了一个利用CFD研究罗茨风机房通风特性的方法。通过分析原有通风系统存在的问题,设计了罗茨风机房后墙进气和靠近前墙的顶部排气的改进方案:,并对改进后通风系统进行了空气动力学特性分析。分析结果和实际应用效果表明,改进后的罗茨风机房具有良好的通风效果。
The method of ventilating system optimization for Roots Blower workshop has been studied based on computational fluid dynamics according to the problem of bad ventilating effect of a Roots Blower workshop in a chemical factory. An optimized ventilating system has been designed and carried out as follows: the ventilating system is effective with the air flowing input underside wall and exhausted out of the workshop roof over the opposite wall. The results of analysis and utilization have proved the good ventilating effect.
