不同桨轴沉深螺旋桨敞水性能试验 被引量:2

摘要 针对浅吃水船舶在复杂海况下航行时,其螺旋桨的敞水性能可能会下降的问题,以某集装箱船为例,研究不同桨轴沉深螺旋桨的敞水性能,得出不同桨轴沉深螺旋桨敞水性能的变化曲线。结果发现,随着桨轴沉深和进速系数的减小,螺旋桨的敞水性能逐渐下降,这主要是螺旋桨吸气引起的。螺旋桨吸气可分为初始吸气阶段、局部吸气阶段、过渡阶段和全吸气阶段等4个阶段。该船在设计吃水和压载吃水工况下的桨轴沉深足够,螺旋桨的敞水性能不受自由液面的影响。但是,在浅吃水工况下,螺旋桨的敞水性能会下降。 Under complex sea conditions,the air suction effect makes the propulsion performance of a propeller go down when a vessel sails at shallow draft.The study with a container ship shows that the open water performance of a propeller drops as the propeller shaft depth and the advancement coefficient decrease.The effect of air suction is observed in four states:air suction beginning,partial air suction,transition stage and full air suction.For the case in study,the propeller shaft is deep enough and the propeller performance is not affected by the water surface in the design or ballast draft condition.However,performance decline is seen in specified shallow draft condition.
