摘要
江苏省是高职教育发展的先导区和示范区。江苏高职教育创新发展遵循以下五方面的逻辑:敢为天下先,首创并大力推进高职教育发展;省级统筹典范,打造政府给力的高职教育发展的“样本”;多元办学,创新办学体制机制;构建现代职教体系,搭建人才成长立交桥;经费保障,高职教育办学经费稳定增长,机制不断健全。未来,江苏高职教育将着眼于强化省级政府统筹管理职能、深化体制机制综合改革、优化专业布局结构、推进人才培养体制综合改革、扩大本科层次职业院校试点、拓展高职教育功能、探索建立长三角高职战略合作联盟,不断优化高质量发展和高水平建设的策略。
Jiangsu Province is the pilot and demonstration area for the development of higher vocational education.its higher vocational education innovation and development follow the following five aspects of logic:dare to be the first in the world,initiate and vigorously promote the development of higher vocational education;a model coordinated by the provincial level,creating a"sample"for the government's development of higher vocational education;diversifying school running and make innovations of school running systems and mechanisms;building a modern vocational education system and an overpass for talent growth;fund⁃guaranteed,higher vocational education funding has increased steadily,and the mechanism has been continuously improved.In the future,Jiangsu's higher vocational education will focus on strengthening the overall management function of the provincial government,deepening the comprehensive reform of the system and mechanism,optimizing the professional layout structure,promoting the comprehensive reform of the talent training system,expanding the pilot program of undergraduate vocational colleges,expanding the functions of higher vocational education,and exploring to establish a strategic cooperation alliance for higher vocational education in the Yangtze River Delta,and continuously optimize strategies for high⁃quality development and high⁃level construction.
