摘要
高职院校特色是高职院校获得优势竞争地位的重要资本,其与高职院校自身及区域发展现实息息相关。我国高职院校在发展过程中出现了特色缺失的迹象,如办学模式效仿本科院校、校际之间相互模仿、区域差异性降低等等。基于此,应从办学理念、办学模式、专业结构调整等方面着手培育符合高职教育发展规律及区域发展需求的高职院校特色。
The characteristics of vocational and technical colleges（VTC）,which are closely linked with the reality of the VTC and the regional development,is an important factor for dominant positions of the VTC in obtaining their competitive advantages.There are signs of characteristics-deficiencies in the process of development,such as copying the running mode of undergraduate colleges,imitating between colleges,decreasing regional diversities,etc.Therefore,characteristics of the VTC,which correspond with the law of the development of higher vocational education and the requirements for regional development,should be cultivated from the aspects of college-running principles,colleges-running mode,structural adjustment of specialties,etc.
