摘要
地下工程混凝土质量对于工程结构影响深远,提高地下工程建筑混凝土的抗裂能力对工程质量具有重要意义。论文根据徐州地铁2号线市政府站结构形式,以车站混凝土抗裂性能为研究对象,采用理论分析和现场实测等研究方法,对地铁车站混凝土进行了研究。在混凝土中掺入HME抗裂剂,混凝土的变形与温度历程有关,在温升阶段的膨胀有助于存储膨胀预压应力,在开裂风险较高的温降阶段仍能有效补偿收缩变形有助于提高混凝土的抗裂性。现场实测结果表明,底板、墙体等实体结构混凝土均未发现有贯穿性收缩裂缝,实体结构混凝土强度、耐久性良好,达到了工程设计要求。
The quality of underground engineering concrete has a profound impact on the engineering structure.Improving the crack resistance of underground engineering building concrete is of great significance to the engineering quality.Based on the structural form of the municipal government station of Xuzhou Metro Line 2 and taking the concrete crack resistance of the station as the research object,this paper uses the theoretical analysis and field measurement methods to study the concrete of the subway station.Add HME anti-cracking agent to concrete.The deformation of concrete is related to the temperature history.Expansion during the temperature rise phase helps to store the expansion pre-stress.It can still effectively compensate the shrinkage deformation at the temperature drop stage with a higher risk of cracking,which helps to improve the crack resistance of concrete.Field test results show that no penetrating shrinkage cracks are found in the concrete of the solid structure such as the floor and the wall,and the strength and durability of the concrete of the solid structure are good,which meets the engineering design requirements.
