摘要
近年来,由于原材料价格上涨等诸多原因,实体混凝土强度不足的问题层出不穷,为改善现状和保证工程质量,2019年江苏省开展了建设工程质量检测机构混凝土强度检测能力验证活动。本文主要论述了此次能力验证的方案策划、实施结果和问题分析,实现了对全省该项检测能力全面的摸排,总结了此次能力验证方案的创新亮点,统计分析了检测机构的能力水平以及暴露的问题,为监管部门和今后类似的能力验证提供经验参考。
In recent years,due to the rising price of materials and other reasons,the problem of insufficient strength of concrete has emerged one after another.In order to improve the current situation and ensure the quality of the project,the 2019 concrete strength testing capacity verification activity of Jiangsu construction engineering quality testing institution was carried out.This paper mainly discussed the program planning,implementation results and problem analysis of the capability verification,achieved the goal of comprehensive inspection about this testing ability in the province.This paper summarized the innovative highlights of the capability verification scheme,analyzed the ability level of testing institutions and the problems exposed.It can provide experience and reference for regulatory authorities and similar ability verification in the future.
