摘要
通过数据的处理对位移测量系统的检定方法进行了探讨,得出了一种简便易行,结果可靠的标定方法,同时探讨了实际测量中误差这个随机变量与仪器使用寿命和使用状态之间的关系。
According to discuss on detection method of the data treatment on displacement measurement system,it gets a simple,easy and result reliable calibration method,discusses on relationship between the random variable error,instrument serving life and operation state in practical measurement.
