摘要
导师对硕士研究生进行心理健康教育具有得天独厚的优势。基于硕士研究生的心理特点,从导师制、导师权威、导师学业期望三个角度探讨导师对硕士研究生心理健康的影响,从思想观念、能力提升、高校制度等方面提供对策。
Recently,the mental health problems of postgraduate students have aroused scholars'thinking and concern.Tutors have unique advantages in the mental health education of graduate students.Based on the psychological characteristics of postgraduates,this paper discusses the influence of tutors on the mental health of postgraduates from the perspectives of tutor system,tutor authority and tutor academic expectation,and provides some countermeasures from the aspects of ideological concept,ability improvement,college system etc.
