摘要
设计投喂颗粒饲料、赤月水母、海月水母、螺旋藻+海月水母、霓虹金粉+海月水母、虾肉泥6种饵料组合,观察其对马来沙水母体色变化、口腕长度、伞径等的影响。结果表明:饲养60 d中,投喂赤月水母以及霓虹金粉+海月水母能够使马来沙水母口腕及体盘变色,更具观赏性。投喂赤月水母能使马来沙水母整体呈棕红色,投喂海月水母+霓虹金粉能使马来沙水母口腕和伞体下部分呈橙红色;投喂海月水母的马来沙水母伞径平均值为7 cm,口腕长平均值为22.69 cm,投喂霓虹金粉+海月水母的马来沙水母伞径平均值为6.9 cm,口腕长平均值为22.7 cm,此两组的两项指标与其他4组饵料组合差异显著(P<0.05)。
The jellyfish Sanderia Malayensis Goette were fed with pellet diet,red jellyfish,moon jellyfish,spirulina+moon jellyfish,neon powders+moon jellyfish,shrimp to evaluate the effects of different diets on color,the length of oral arms and umbrella diameter of Sanderia Malyensis Goetee at 60 days.The results showed that the jellyfish group fed with red jellyfish turned into red brown,the oral arms and upon part of the jellyfish group fed with neon powders+moon jellyfish turned into pink.Besides,the jellyfish group fed with moon jellyfish had an average umbrella diameter of 7cm and an average length of arms is 22.69 cm.The jellyfish group fed with neon powders+moon jellyfish had an average umbrella diameter of 6.9 cm and an average length of the arms is 22.7 cm.There were significant differences between the two indexes and the other four groups(P<0.05).
