摘要
中医药治疗酒精性肝病,无论是辨证分型论治或辨病分期施治,还是采用传统方剂化裁、自拟方剂以及中西医结合治疗,均可取得一定疗效,显示了中医药疗法的独特优势。但在辨证分型、判定标准、客观指标评价等方面,尚缺乏标准与规范,今后需进一步加强试验设计的严谨性、增加样本量,筛选出操作性强、疗效好的中药方剂。另外,酒精性肝病的营养支持治疗必须建立在戒酒基础上,积极补充营养,对肝功能恢复具有重要作用。
TCM treatment of alcoholic liver disease(ALD),whether it is based on syndrome differentiation classification and treatment or disease differentiation stage treatment,or the use of modified traditional prescriptions,self-made prescriptions and combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,has all achieved certain curative effect,showing the unique advantages of TCM.However,there is still a lack of standards and norms in the aspects of syndrome differentiation classification,judgment criteria and objective index evaluation,so in the future,it is necessary to further strengthen the preciseness of experimental design,increase the sample size,and screen out the TCM prescriptions with strong operability and good curative effect.In addition,nutritional support treatment of ALD must be based on stopping alcohol,and active nutrition supplement plays an important role in the recovery of liver function.
