光质对琼枝生长和生理特性的影响 被引量:3

Effects of light-qualities on growth and physiological characteristics of Betaphycus gelatinae

摘要 以琼枝(Betaphycus gelatinae)为材料,研究不同光质(红光、黄光、蓝光、绿光、紫光及白光)的LED光源对其生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明,紫光和蓝光能够提高琼枝的生长速率(relative growth rate,RGR),藻体在紫光条件下的增重率(weight gain rate,WGR)分别是绿光、黄光、红光、白光及蓝光条件下的2.12倍、1.83倍、1.22倍、1.18倍和1.05倍。蓝光有助于藻体的分枝,蓝光和白光处理后的藻体齿芽数最多,而紫光则有利于藻体分枝的伸长和长粗,蓝光效果次之。经蓝光处理的藻体颜色参数Lab值与其他光质条件下的结果存在着显著差异。叶绿素a、类胡萝卜素和藻红蛋白易于在黄光、绿光和白光条件下的藻体中积累,而在蓝光和紫光条件下则积累较少。因此,推断紫光和蓝光更有利于琼枝生长。本研究为深入挖掘琼枝的生物学特性和人工栽培技术提供参考,以促进琼枝的科学种植。 The effects of different light qualities(red,yellow,blue,green,purple,and white)from light emitting diode(LED)illuminations on the growth and physiological characteristics of Betaphycus gelatinae were studied.The results indicate that purple light(PL)and blue light(BL)can promote the relative growth rate of B.gelatinae.The weight gain rate of B.gelatinae under PL are 2.12,1.83,1.22,1.18,and 1.05 times higher than those of B.gelatinae under green light(GL),yellow light(YL),red light(RL),white light(WL),and BL,respectively.BL contributes to the branching of the algal body,and the number of buds is the most in BL and WL treatments.Moreover,PL is beneficial to the elongation and lengthening of algae branches,following by BL.The effect of BL is significantly different from that of other light quality on the Lab value of algal color parameters.Chlorophyll a,carotenoids and phycoerythrin tend to accumulate in YL,GL,and WL,which are less in BL and PL.Therefore,we can infer that PL and BL are more conducive to the growth of B.gelatinae.This study will provide a reference for the in-depth study of the biological characteristics and artificial cultivation techniques of B.gelatinae,which promote the scientific cultivation of B.gelatinae.
