摘要
突发事件对人民的生命和财产造成严重危害,而影响救援行动的首要因素即是救援药品供给。突发事件中救援药品具有品种复杂、需求量大、特殊药材采购困难、药材需求呈阶段性的特点,而突发事件中救援药品管理存在储存条件有限、供应渠道有限、管理人员不足等问题。本文针对这些问题,提出完善药品储存条件、科学预案、急救物品管理标准,充分发挥药师在救援中的作用等措施,旨在规范突发事件中对救援药品的管理工作,帮助医疗救援工作有序开展。
Emergencies cause serious harm to people's lives and property,and the primary factor affecting rescue operations is the supply of rescue drugs.Rescue drugs are characterized by complex varieties,large demand,difficult procurement of special medicinal materials,and phased demand of medicinal materials,while there are some shortage in the management of rescue drugs in emergencies such as limited storage conditions,limited supply channels,and insufficient management personnel.In view of these problems,we put forward to improve the storage conditions of drugs,formulate scientific plans,and establish emergency supplies management,with a purpose to standardize the management of rescue drugs in emergencies and help the medical rescue work to be carried out orderly.
