摘要
档案是保存待查的一系列原始记录,包括文字、声音、图像等,它是有关机构、组织和个人在各种社会交往和实践中形成的原始记录,具有重要的文献价值。在步入信息化时代的今天,如何将档案管理数字化,既是时代的机遇,同时也面临着新的要求和挑战。档案数字化不只是简单地将纸质档案转变为电子档案,而是要进行系统的建设,从档案的收集、生成、管理到利用,整个过程都借助信息技术来实现。
Archives are a series of original records recorded by the state organs,social organizations and individuals in the social practice activities,which are recorded in the text,images,voice and other kinds of carriers,which are stored for reference.They are very important data.With the rapid development of information technology,digitalization of archives management has become an inevitable trend.This is not only the opportunity of the times,but also the new requirements and challenges.The digitalization of archives is not only a simple conversion of paper archives into electronic archives,but a systematic construction.From the collection,generation,management and utilization of archives,the whole process is realized by information technology.
