摘要
藏族音乐艺术的自然传承是与民间宗教活动、寺院密切相关的,随着生活水平的提高,传播媒体对日常生活的不断介入以及民族融合的加剧,促使藏族人民原有的生产、生活习俗悄然蜕变。在此背景下,就藏族民间音乐艺术保护与传承现状及其面临的诸多问题进行分析,并依据非物质文化遗产保护的有关条约、方法,结合目前已经实施的措施,就其在保护与传承中存在的问题提出相应的解决新思路以供探讨。

Under this background, many questions which and faces on the Tibetan national minority folk music art protection and the inheritance present situation carries on the analysis, and based on the non-material cultural heritage protection＇s related treaty, the method, the measure which the union already implemented at present, it in protects the question which and in the inheritance exists to propose that the corresponding solution new mentality supplies the discussion.
